Accessibility Statement

IMATT College is committed to making the IMATT Academic Management System usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people on slow or intermittent connections.

1. Standards we target

The System aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design for keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, sufficient colour contrast, and resizable text.

2. What we do today

• Semantic HTML for headings, lists, forms, and tables.
• Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
• Form fields labelled and grouped, with errors announced to assistive technology.
• Mobile-friendly layouts that work down to a 320px viewport.
• Optimised payload sizes for users on 1 Mbps connections.

3. Known limitations

Some uploaded documents (PDFs, scanned certificates) may not be fully accessible if their source is a non-tagged scan. Where you encounter such a document, contact the Registrar's Office for an accessible alternative.

If you experience an accessibility barrier, please contact the Registrar's Office at IMATT College. We aim to respond within five working days and to address confirmed issues in our next release cycle.
